Director of Marketing Global Biosimilars, Commercial Strategy and Capabilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning efforts, evaluating, recommending, and driving the implementation of strategic options for the global biosimilars portfolio.
• Support development of strategies to identify commercial potential while flagging relevant risks and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial analytical and insights needs, partnering with SME leads where needed.
• Lead the competitive intelligence function for BBU, supporting pipeline and launch products.
• Support the development of new dashboards using AI to measure and track efforts and enable future learnings.
• Organize and facilitate strategic exercises and competitive simulations to generate insights and plans.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of the technology roadmap, including AI/ML, automation, and digital tools.
• Champion change management for the adoption of new technology platforms across the BBU.
• Devise and foster new ways of working across the BBU to support growth and efficiencies.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to define business problems and develop analytical plans.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Marketing, Analytics, or Strategy Consulting experience.
• Or Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people and/or leading teams, projects, or programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• 10+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience with strong management skills.
• Deep understanding of marketing and strategy concepts.
• Proven ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
• Experience with insights generation in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of oncology market.
• Understanding of industry databases and functional areas like market research, forecasting, or marketing analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Educational background including a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree as specified.
• Management experience leading teams or projects for at least 4 years.
