Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the Smart28 platform category and service offering.
Lead go-to-market strategies, including market entry and scale-up planning.
Conduct ongoing competitor landscape analysis and strategic response planning.
Act as the outward-facing representative of the Smart28 community program.
Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and peer influencers.
Support field sales teams in recruiting and certifying new community members.
Manage and grow the platform's social capital through expert and peer interactions.
Build and support Centres of Excellence focused on procedural and technical expertise, independent of specific product promotion.
Develop and sustain Communities of Practice for certified Smart28 members.
Foster peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing within user groups.
Collaborate with the medical education team to connect Smart28 with relevant courses.
Drive initiatives to certify and onboard new program members through structured educational pathways.
Define messaging, key selling points, and positioning for the Smart28 platform.
Lead marketing campaigns and sales strategies aligned with market entry and growth goals.
Develop and refine reimbursement strategy in collaboration with commercial and market access teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or commercial roles—ideally in healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS-like service models.
Proven success in launching or scaling new platforms, services, or categories.
Strong experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), communities of practice, or expert user groups.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
Experience in medical education, customer certification programs, or reimbursement strategy is a plus.

7+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
