Job Description

About the Role

The Director of NAM AI Product and Delivery is a leadership role reporting to the VP of Operational Excellence. This role is responsible for building and leading a team of AI product managers, project managers, and a change management team to ensure AI solutions are deployed to the organization and adopted to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive thought-leadership for vision and strategy on AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with NAM Business Goals.
  • Build systemic prioritization and value creation models.
  • Partner with integrated functions (Data office, Global AI, IT, Process) and internal communications to drive cultural change and upskilling of AI in NAM.
  • Oversee the AI use case lifecycle in partnership with Global AI Hub and Spokes, from ideation and development to deployment and updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Follow the Global AI risk and governance model.
  • Partner with the business to ensure successful adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful product integration and execution.
  • Work in an integrated way with E2E Process, Strategy, Digital, and IT to ensure efficient operational models.
  • Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and iterate on solutions.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk management, data office, and business units to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with AI products.
  • Define and execute strategic workforce plans including talent upskilling, talent development, and capability building (change management team).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI product management, including building products from concept to go-to-market and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing digital/technical projects and transformations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and applications, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into product requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on using KPIs to measure product performance and business value.
  • People management experience, including developing and leading a high-performance team.
  • Strong analytical and data background.
