Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and enrich targetable audiences leveraging data to understand messaging and channel affinity for omnichannel activation.
  • Design and optimize customer touchpoint journey maps and create micro campaign strategies to drive HCP and patient engagement.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute the most effective channel mix for the right audiences/segments, including web, paid media, search, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee journey orchestration and campaign building within the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) along with web development.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and integrate data, analytics, and insights into dashboard reports, ensuring ongoing measurement and optimization of campaigns.
  • Identify and implement innovative channel strategies.
  • Manage campaign/tactical development and execution, including project timelines and key deliverables aligned to launch readiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project planning, tactical campaign pull-through, and execution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies, providing guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and outputs, providing timely recommendations for optimization.
  • Advance omnichannel operations, strategy, and execution through ongoing training and development.
  • Assess the omnichannel landscape across US market functions and recommend new capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing input on ways of working with vendors, brand teams, and agencies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of omnichannel, marketing, or related experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including digital and multichannel marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of omnichannel strategies, tactics, and marketing channels.
  • Highly knowledgeable about Martech platforms, ecosystem, vendors, and partners.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of end-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Knowledge of regulations involved with omnichannel marketing in pharma/biotech.
  • Experience with PRC/MLR processes for omnichannel in pharma/biotech.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Personalization Studio, Ad Studio, and Drupal is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting integrated omnichannel marketing for new and existing products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a matrixed organization, influence cross-functional teams, and lead without direct authority.
  • Strong curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and passion for problem solving.
  • Preferred location in Carlsbad, CA or Boston, MA, with ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Experience supporting execution of integrated omnichannel marketing for new and existing products.
  • Deep understanding and experience with PRC/MLR processes for omnichannel in pharma/biotech.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Personalization Studio, Ad Studio, and support for existing omnichannel platforms.
