About the Role

OneTrust is seeking a Director of Privacy Automation Product Marketing Management to lead strategic marketing efforts for their Privacy Automation Solution. The role involves shaping product development, creating market positioning, and executing go-to-market strategies to support the growth of the platform. The company focuses on enabling organizations to use data and AI responsibly through a comprehensive platform that simplifies data collection, automates governance, and promotes responsible data use, serving over 14,000 customers globally with a culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product management and engineering teams to align the product roadmap with market needs, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Develop and refine messaging and positioning frameworks to articulate the products' benefits and differentiators.
  • Lead the end-to-end go-to-market process, including planning, executing, and measuring product launch activities.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product datasheets, case studies, and training resources.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales tactics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, develop case studies, and create industry advocates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Marketing.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, influencing and managing multiple stakeholders internally (executive, sales, marketing, engineering, support) and externally (analyst, customers, partners).
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for users, translating their needs into product features.
  • Experience marketing to both business and technical personas.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
  • Solid technical ability with a deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS products, enterprise application architectures, and product design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
