About the Role

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sharpen Air's product positioning and messaging
  • Create a clear, repeatable messaging framework that aligns with key storylines and ensures internal and external teams adopt a consistent narrative by end of Q4
  • Build a messaging playbook highlighting Air's differentiators and reframing the status quo to illuminate pain points that prospects often normalize
  • Develop tactics such as campaigns, content, and enablement to dramatize the pain-to-solution arc, helping prospects recognize the value of Air
  • Partner with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to translate messaging into campaigns, web copy, and sales enablement materials
  • Maintain a weekly cadence of product marketing-led content (social, blog, email)
  • Partner with analytics to measure the performance of product marketing content in the funnel
  • Identify and test two new scalable product marketing formats or franchises (e.g., short-form video, live product moments, customer co-marketing)
  • Build education and enablement content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, explainer content) to drive meetings booked
  • Partner with Sales/RevOps to create enablement toolkits (battlecards, ROI calculators, sales collateral)
  • Develop product-centric activation, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Drive expansion conversations via marketing and lifecycle experiments
  • Partner with growth product to execute growth tests on key customer journey points and apply successful learnings

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
  • Ability to develop and implement messaging frameworks and positioning strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Content, Revenue, and Sales
  • Experience creating marketing content such as campaigns, web copy, and enablement materials
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize content performance
  • Ability to develop educational content and enablement tools
  • Experience in growth marketing, activation, retention, or expansion strategies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with creative or marketing technology products
  • Knowledge of image recognition, automated workflows, or creative operations tools
  • Experience testing new marketing formats like short-form video or live product demos

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in product marketing or related fields
  • Proven ability to develop messaging frameworks and marketing strategies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
