The role of the Director of Product Management involves leading the enterprise readiness platform across Automation Cloud and Automation Suite, driving adoption of UiPath's Agentic Platform among enterprise and government sectors, and providing industry expertise to inspire product teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for the enterprise platform aligning with UiPath's overarching goals and customer needs.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform continuous improvement.
Engage with enterprise and government customers to gather insights and ensure solutions meet compliance and operational requirements.
Collaborate with global Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and GTM teams to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from technical end users to economic decision makers.
Serve as an industry thought leader with deep domain expertise and a point of view rooted in evidence on evolving technology and industry solutions.
Coach individual contributors and managers on job-specific skills, team development, and capability planning, including talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or Agentic enterprise platforms.
Deep understanding of enterprise and government sector requirements, including compliance standards like FedRAMP, NIST, and GDPR.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from conception to launch.
Passion for solving customer pain points with AI platforms that are powerful and easy to use.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI or Agentic enterprise platforms.
Industry thought leadership and evidence-based insights on technology solutions.
Experience with compliance standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, and GDPR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 10 years of product management experience, including leadership roles.
