About the Role

The Director of Product Management leads the strategic vision, development, execution, and success of Fiserv's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales, this role ensures the delivery of innovative and market-leading software products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. A key focus is managing and cultivating a strategic partner relationship and integrating their offerings into the company's CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM business product management to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality software products.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a strategic partnership and act as a liaison between the organization and the partner.
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the strategic partner, aligning with the company's strategic goals and market demands.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the partnership and develop strategies to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the partner, tracking and reporting performance metrics and key success factors.
  • Drive effective product launches, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop marketing strategies, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business, and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software product management, with a track record of successfully developing and launching software products and managing strategic partnerships.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • 8+ years of experience in conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing and cultivating strategic partnerships, with a focus on innovation and growth.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and banking industry trends.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive innovation and change in the software product space.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in driving successful product launches and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience representing organizations at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or equivalent military experience.
