About the Role

The Director, Product Management (Enterprise Website) at Capital One Software is responsible for overseeing the user experience across enterprise buyer journeys, focusing on conversion, storytelling, and technical credibility. Key Responsibilities

Manage the user experience across enterprise buyer journeys with a focus on conversion, storytelling, and technical credibility.
Integrate with modern CMS and marketing tools to enable speed, scalability, and personalization.
Define and monitor key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and lead quality.
Partner with senior stakeholders across product, brand, sales, and marketing to drive alignment and results.

Requirements

At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus.
Strong product mindset with the ability to operate across strategy, execution, and iteration.
Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale.
Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, and content governance best practices.
Knowledge of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics.
