About the Role

The role involves developing healthcare services and products that drive the next generation of healthcare applications, enabling developers to build innovative solutions for clinical and operational needs. The position requires defining new products to accelerate access to precision medicine at scale, leading strategy and vision, and collaborating with senior leaders to align plans and roadmaps. This is a remote position reporting to GE Precision Healthcare LLC in Bellevue, WA, with travel requirements across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the services that drive the next generation of healthcare applications and enable developers to build new and innovative solutions to address both clinical and operational needs.
Responsible for defining new products that accelerate access to precision medicine at scale.
Build work back plans and identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies to achieve established annual and long-range goals for the business.
Lead and implement the strategy and vision of product/services.
Collaborate with senior leaders across organizations to align plans, product roadmap, and strategies.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Ten (10) years of experience working in and leading cross-functional teams, with at least seven (7) years of related healthcare industry experience.
Two (2) years of experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
Two (2) years of experience working directly with payers and pharmaceutical companies.
Three (3) years of product experience working with FDA medical approved devices.
Three (3) years of experience working in multiple countries with local treatment plans and procedures.
Five (5) years of product management experience.
Five (5) years working directly with hospital IT administrators or clinicians.
Five (5) years of experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale.
Five (5) years of experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Five (5) years of experience working directly with technical teams (software engineers, data scientists, etc.), including at least two (2) years in an SaaS cloud-based environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with international healthcare markets and local treatment plans.
Experience with performance-based incentive compensation structures.

Qualifications

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable).
