Director, Product Marketing - Solutions and Connectivity

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing plans, including product objectives, competitive analysis, positioning strategies, and revenue projections
• Capture and prioritize customer needs
• Collaborate with R D to execute company product development process in developing, building, and launching products
• Develop use cases and functional product requirements
• Manage Alpha, Beta, Pre-Market, and Full Market Releases
• Analyze market dynamics and trends in opportunity areas
• Help define the product strategy and roadmap
• Develop and conduct product training
• Work with Technical Services in developing technical documentation to support the Product Lines
• Support global marketing in key geographies (Americas, Europe, Middle East, APAC, Japan)
• Represent products at Trade Shows
• Perform special projects as requested
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% travel required

Requirements

• At least ten years of demonstrated success in Product Marketing, preferably in medical or technical industries
• Very strong business acumen (or commensurate training)
• Deep experience in healthcare systems sales and integration
• Strong background in telehealth, information technology, and networking
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to anticipate and articulate future possibilities and trends
• Strong writing and speaking skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Advanced ability with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and CRM applications
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

Nice to Have

• Proven leadership, orientation to customer and team needs, creativity, and a "do whatever it takes attitude"
• Prior commercial experience with a telehealth / remote patient monitoring organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Technical field
• MBA/advanced degree is desired

Benefits & Perks

• Anticipated salary range of $191,000 - $233,000 plus benefits
• Up to 20% annual bonus based on company, department, and individual performance
