The Technology Workforce team is a center of excellence (COE) that supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization, focusing on transforming workforce strategy to meet delivery needs and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enabling a systematic process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning the workforce.
  • Leveraging and driving best practices utilizing workforce modelling and dashboard capabilities.
  • Determining the supply and demand to meet delivery needs.
  • Generating insights, trends, and actions to meet in-year and multi-year goals.
  • Governance of monthly reporting and mechanisms for stakeholder input and feedback.
  • Partnering closely with Technology Finance and related transformation programs to ensure data consistency.
  • Using external benchmarking data to identify solutions and drive talent recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with analytics and the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from data.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with experience running large-scale programs.
  • Experience working with external third parties, building strong relationships, and leading teams.

Nice to Have

  • Strategic Workforce Planning experience.
  • Experience consulting or working closely with technology teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics and data inference.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience running large-scale programs.
  • Experience working with external third parties and leading teams.
