The Director of Sales Training and Development role is designed to oversee the Sales Training for new hires with critical on-the-job experience and cross-functional alignment between Inside Sales and Field Sales within the Sales Development and Performance Training area. This position will directly lead the field and inside sales training team, offering vigorous training and development to both their direct team to help build professional and leadership skills while fostering peer interaction. Under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Sales Development and Performance Training, the role involves identifying training needs for the US Commercial organizations, engaging internal and external experts, collaborating with Sales Enablement, and assessing training content to increase knowledge, confidence, and capabilities of the sales teams at Insulet Corporation, a global medical device leader in diabetes care.
