Director, Technical Marketing - Catalyst Team

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Marketing Engineers (TMEs) to develop and execute visionary product strategies for the Catalyst 9000 switching business.
• Drive innovation and disruptive thinking to challenge industry standards and maximize the value of Cisco's Catalyst 9000 products and solutions.
• Support sales enablement and go-to-market activities to ensure customer success and market leadership.
• Champion the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Security, and Sustainability across Cisco's switching portfolio.
• Orchestrate initiatives to deliver superior end-to-end customer experiences and adapt to dynamic client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and collaborators to position Catalyst 9000 as an industry-leading switching solution.
• Provide insights into market trends and customer needs to inform strategic product direction.
