About the Role

The U.S. Oncology business is a growing and dynamic part of our company. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing (TROP2 ADC) - Gynecological Cancers. This role is focused on the commercialization of an investigational TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate currently in Phase III clinical development across multiple tumor types, including gynecological cancers. The position involves leading marketing and cross-functional teams to set the vision, strategy, objectives, priorities, and tactical plans for successful commercialization in gynecological cancer, including pre-launch, launch, and in-line phases. The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, P&L understanding, and team building, with a base in Upper Gwynedd, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire and lead the U.S. Oncology Marketing team in gynecological cancers.
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies for the investigational product across multiple indications.
  • Lead marketing and cross-functional teams to set vision, strategy, objectives, priorities, and tactical plans for product commercialization.
  • Manage integrated launch planning activities across global marketing, supply chain, legal, compliance, and other functions.
  • Present updates to senior leadership and respond to investor relations as needed.
  • Navigate and drive change within the business and teams.
  • Build and nurture high-performing teams and practice situational leadership.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resources to maximize ROI and channel effectiveness.
  • Lead activities related to lifecycle management strategies and market forecasting.
  • Understand and incorporate the role of precision medicine, including testing and genetic sequencing processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical business experience, including marketing and people management in marketing and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience in launching products and success in competitive marketplaces with differentiation strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in areas of significant business responsibility such as revenue and strategy.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong compliance IQ.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%, including some weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lifecycle management strategies and resourcing dynamics.
  • Understanding of oncology market size, class, and brand shares.
  • Experience with precision medicine testing and genetic sequencing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $187,000 to $294,400, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Hybrid work model with three days on-site per week in the U.S.
