About the Role

The Director, Website Marketing at BILL is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the company's website to support growth, lead generation, and user engagement.   • 12+ years of experience in B2B web/digital marketing.
  • Proven success in driving measurable results in PLG and lead generation.
  • Understanding of B2B user journeys and how websites support them.
  • Experience leading performance-oriented SEO teams with aggressive growth targets.
  • Ability to drive projects that improve conversion rates.
  • Experience working with Webflow or similar web platforms, including end-to-end implementation and optimization.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Collaborative, people-first management style with the ability to build and empower teams.
