About the Role

The company is committed to creating smarter, safer, and more sustainable homes, and is looking for a creative videographer and content creator to help bring the SmartHomePros brand to life through compelling video content. This role involves storytelling, social media trends, and engaging content creation for a community of high-performing door-to-door sales reps.

Key Responsibilities

Capture and edit vertical video content for Instagram Reels, and TikTok
Collaborate on creative concepts for series for recruiting content and competitions
Film day-in-the-life footage, interviews, podcasts, and events
Edit with speed and social-first creativity - think attention-grabbing hooks and trending audios
Proficient in archiving and organizing video assets for future use
Stay current on social video trends and best practices

Requirements

Has 1-3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or social media marketing
Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut (bonus if you use mobile apps efficiently)
Has a strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok dynamics
Can work independently, manage time well, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
