About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and customer experience.
• Assist with product listing, order management, and performance tracking.
• Work with Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces (experience preferred).
• Research and apply AI-driven solutions for marketing, operations, and customer support.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across platforms.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Knowledge and practical experience with AI tools (chatbots, automation, analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a big plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
