About the Role

This fully remote position is responsible for building and deploying promotional ad-hoc campaigns for Sally's CRM channels including Email, SMS and App. Sally Beauty Holdings emphasizes diversity, inclusivity, and self-expression, fostering an environment where employees can thrive. The role involves designing, developing, and testing data-driven campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Airship platforms, with a focus on email front-end development and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop promotional campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Airship working from project briefs and assets including images, copy, URLs, and campaign tracking codes.
Hands-on design and development of promotional campaigns within SFMC & Airship platforms.
Design, develop, and test data-driven dynamic content and triggered campaigns.
Perform minor to moderate HTML and in-line CSS coding as required by project.
Troubleshoot rendering issues and make minor adjustments to creative assets if needed.
QA email prior to deployment to ensure quality and adherence to campaign briefs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in email front-end development.
Experience in CRM or digital marketing, retail experience preferred.
ESP platform experience required; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
Proficient with HTML and in-line CSS.
SQL & AMP script experience preferred.
Airship experience preferred.
Photoshop experience preferred.
Experience with all primary elements of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Connect, etc.
Self-starter, organized, detailed oriented.
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication skills and a great team player.
Able to work well independently with little supervision.
