eCommerce Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate project teams to deliver high-quality work on time through project planning, monitoring progress, managing risks, preventing and clearing blockers, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage projects including international rollouts of ecommerce platforms, development of complex features with product management teams, and multi-faceted functional improvement initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams.
• Be hands-on with activities such as business analysis, gap analysis, feature validation, and conducting workshops with business and IT to identify, define, and document processes and requirements.
• Ensure projects meet their defined goals and success metrics, and measure and report on project KPI performance.
• Support additional activities like roadmap definition, managing interdependencies, and cross-project reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement by supporting the development and implementation of best practices and promoting an agile mindset within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a Business or Technology related field.
• Professional experience in managing software development projects, ideally in digital commerce from concept to international rollout.
• Strong project management skills, including agile and hybrid methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in complex international environments.
• Some technical knowledge of CMS and eCommerce systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), and understanding of system landscape integrations like PIM/MAM, ERP, and payment providers.
• Team-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships across the organization.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Knowledge of web system architectures and system landscape integrations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Technology related field.
