Ecommerce Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and monitoring sprint delivery
• Driving work to completion and effectively managing and reporting on scope, risks and issues, budget, and timelines
• Developing relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives
• Adapting, pivoting, and changing direction based on product manager direction and business needs
• Making decisions when the going gets tough and facilitating decision-making moments for others
• Providing rationale and stating assumptions to validate those tough decisions
• Addressing and facilitating conflict, with diplomacy and poise or possibly elevating issues to management
• Ensuring all project tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked
• Communicating effectively with remote teams and a diverse cohort of colleagues to get projects across the finish line
• Energizing the team with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, working in an agile eCommerce environment on initiatives with cross-functional teams managing more than 5 work streams
• Experience leading agile teams or leading an agile transformation
• Experience working in an agile development environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to successfully manage priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
• Demonstrated ability to build positive business and IT relationships and gain trust in a cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience with analytics reporting, including A/B tests, Conversion Optimization, and Personalization Initiatives
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms

• Experience leading or participating in an agile transformation
• Experience managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
