About the Role
Insight Global is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst. This role is to make sure our systems support business goals and deliver a smooth experience for both employees and customers. This individual will evaluate how internal systems operate, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. You'll act as the main liaison between users and technical teams, track and resolve system issues, and support the implementation of new features. Day-to-day, you'll manage digital sales offer configurations, review change requests, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document how promotions are implemented in catalog and ledger systems. You'll also create system flow diagrams and use tools like JIRA, Visio, and MS Project to manage work. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in telecom or media industries, and a background in CMS, CRM, and enterprise catalog platforms. This role is 3 days a week onsite in Stamford, CT and pays $60-65/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital sales offer configurations and review change requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements.
- Document how promotions are implemented in catalog and ledger systems.
- Create system flow diagrams to illustrate processes.
- Track and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Act as the main liaison between users and technical teams.
- Support the implementation of new features and system updates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technology-related role such as Business Systems Analyst or Technical Product Owner.
- Experience working with CMS (Content Management), CRM (Customer Relationship), and enterprise catalog tools.
- Experience with CPQ, cost, price, order management, catalog, promotions, and ATG ecommerce.
- Proficient in translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
- Ability to serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Understanding of pricing, offers, promotions, offer management, and inventory management.
- Proficient with project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
