Email Campaign Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures email automations are deploying as intended
• Manages audit schedule for emails by providing direction to Direct Marketing Channel Strategists
• Assists in reviewing email metric reports to identify emails to review deeper for improvement
• Builds email timelines in support of email build, QA, and deployment
• Ensures documentation is complete for the email development team to build the email
• Addresses or escalates roadblocks and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables
• Maintains day-to-day campaign management tasks, including deploying live samples and scheduling emails for deployment in SFMC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Four (4) years of experience in Marketing
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology experience (working knowledge)
• HTML knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong editing, proofreading, and QA skills
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services marketing
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Certification

Qualifications

• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of HTML
