About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance-driven email campaigns across ActiveCampaign and DealerSocket, maximizing open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Build sophisticated automation workflows including welcome series, abandoned browse recovery, and customer lifecycle campaigns using AI-powered optimization.
• Implement advanced segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement patterns to deliver personalized experiences.
• Write compelling product descriptions and copy for RV inventory pages that drive customer engagement and sales inquiries.
• Create engaging email copy using AI copywriting tools (Jasper, Copy.AI) that builds relationships and converts prospects into customers.
• Populate and maintain comprehensive show information for annual RV events, ensuring accuracy and compelling presentation.
• Develop content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events aligned with RV industry trends.
• Perform front-end development using no-code platforms like Squarespace, Webflow, or similar tools to maintain and enhance website functionality.
• Customize email templates using HTML/CSS for optimal rendering across all devices and email clients.
• Integrate marketing tools and ensure proper tracking implementation for comprehensive campaign measurement.
• Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and sales attribution to refine strategies.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize customer journey and maximize ROI.
• Generate detailed reports on email marketing performance, lead generation, and customer retention metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation, preferably in automotive, RV, or high-consideration purchase industries.
• Strong expertise in ActiveCampaign, CRM systems (DealerSocket preferred), and AI-powered marketing tools.
• Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy and manage complex automation workflows while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Technical proficiency with no-code web development platforms, HTML/CSS, and marketing analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and data-driven optimization strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Certifications in ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar marketing platforms.
• RV or automotive industry experience with knowledge of dealership operations and seasonal marketing strategies.
