About the Role

The Email Marketing Manager will support the certification team by moving communications from Outlook-based processes to a professional email marketing platform. This role will be responsible for creating campaigns, building templates, analyzing performance, and developing documentation to ensure scalable and repeatable processes. Addison Group is hiring for a respected nonprofit organization in Chicago, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building email marketing infrastructure within a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and launch automated, targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms.
Create, edit, and optimize email content to align with style guidelines.
Develop reusable templates and workflows for ongoing campaigns.
Track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with recommendations.
Provide light website support, including content updates tied to certification communications.
Build documentation for campaign processes, templates, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in email marketing automation and campaign execution.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights for improvement.
Experience with website content management systems.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Fonteva, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or WordPress.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
