About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our team in New York, New York. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing email marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams. This role requires adaptability, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Collaborate with regional teams to address ticket requests and ensure timely campaign delivery.
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards for email design and functionality.
Build and optimize email journeys using tools like Salesforce Journey Builder.
Support promotional projects for festivals and events throughout the year, including push notifications and digital wallet passes.
Work with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced workflows while maintaining composure under pressure.
Travel occasionally to support events and campaigns as needed.
Assist with ad hoc projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets.

Requirements

Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign execution and management.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
Excellent attention to detail, especially in quality assurance processes.
Experience in building email journeys and workflows using platforms like Salesforce Journey Builder.
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Comfortable with occasional travel to support events and campaigns.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital campaign management.
Knowledge of CRM systems and cross-functional communication skills.
