Email Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of email communications for lead generation and upsell campaigns.
• Build and manage email lists using specific segmentation criteria.
• Create and implement standalone HTML emails and automated nurture campaigns through marketing automation platforms with a 'mobile first' mentality.
• Test and QA all emails across multiple platforms and devices.
• Create and execute A/B tests (segmentation, subject line, creative, CTA, timing, etc.) to improve campaign engagement and performance, and document learnings for future campaigns.
• Measure email campaign performance and share results with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar.
• Optimize database management to support high-scale email programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5-7 years of email marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation tools, with Pardot preferred.
• HTML and photo editing skills.
• Knowledge of digital trends and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and strong English language skills.
• Prior experience with a SaaS company or marketing/advertising agency.
• Proactive individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing an 8-figure house list and leveraging email at scale as a key component of GTM strategies.
