About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle email campaigns, ensuring optimal delivery, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Design and implement segmentation strategies, suppression lists, and deployment schedules to target specific audiences effectively.
• Monitor and maintain email list health, including domain authentication and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality across email campaigns.
• Manage templates, integrations, and platform configurations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email platform functionality.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in developing and managing email campaigns.
