About the Role

Our client, a leader in Performance Marketing, is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Operations supporting the Business Acceleration division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily marketing operations and weekly production of emails to ensure that campaigns are completed and deployed on time.
Assist in audience segmentation and maintenance of targeting lists for effective email marketing strategies.
Drive execution of consumer email channel strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
Oversee the development and deployment of email communications, reporting on performance and driving optimizations.
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate content strategies for email channels in conjunction with other marketing efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required.
Minimum 3+ years of experience with a major Email Service Provider (ESP) or email creation platform.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow QA processes and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in managing projects and meeting deadlines for multiple priorities.
