Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC).
• Collaborate with strategic partners to design impactful campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Perform technical duties for campaign deployment, including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accurate content, formatting, and functionality prior to deployment.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform testing strategies and drive continuous optimization.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and technical teams to refine targeting strategies and improve engagement.
• Work with technical experts to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance email marketing platforms.
• Stay informed on best practices, new features, and emerging trends in email marketing and SMC capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign deployment and quality assurance.
• Background in marketing strategy development based on testing, analysis, and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and strategic stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce dynamic content tools such as AMPscript (intermediate level preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in marketing platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AMPscript at an advanced level.
