Email Operations Marketer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CRM team to build and deploy email campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Assist in the setup and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize email performance.
• Analyze campaign results and customer behavior data to uncover insights and inform future strategies.
• Ensure flawless execution of campaigns through rigorous QA and testing.
• Maintain and improve campaign workflows using Klaviyo, the email marketing platform of choice.
• Support ad hoc CRM tasks and contribute to the continuous evolution of customer communications.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience working in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, including building campaigns and interpreting performance dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Analysis skills related to marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo platform.
