About the Role

This role will leverage expertise in email marketing production to drive the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple initiatives. As part of the Marketing Operations team, the Email Producer will be responsible for building, testing, deploying, and analyzing email campaigns that support business objectives. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, technical accuracy, and timely delivery, with a focus on maintaining high-quality email communications and enhancing engagement across the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and schedule email campaigns using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across platforms.
Conduct thorough QA testing across browsers and devices to ensure rendering consistency and functionality.
Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to gather assets, align messaging, and execute campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future engagement.
Maintain and update dynamic email templates, ensuring compliance with brand standards and email best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of front-end development experience, focusing on HTML, CSS, and Liquid Logic, as well as Git.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Exact Target).
Strong attention to detail in coding, testing, and QA.
Familiarity with email rendering issues and troubleshooting across clients/devices.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and effective communicator, with experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree or Relevant experience.
