Email Specialist, part time hybrid

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of 10-15 emails per week
• Set up emails utilizing Pardot templates and schedule based on content calendars
• Work with internal stakeholders to adjust and update calendars based on priority and messaging
• Ensure progress is tracked in project management tools and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Email Specialist
• Proficient in Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices
• Project management skills

Qualifications

• Experience with client or customer systems, confidential and proprietary information, including financial data
