Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of branded, impactful email campaigns for GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK.
Build and optimize automated journeys (onboarding, retention, upsell, win-back).
Use CRM and behavioral data to craft smart segmentation and personalization strategies.
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to continually raise the bar.
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and global opt-in regulations.
Collaborate with Brand, Product, Design, and International teams to create inspiring customer experiences.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally consumer focused.
Expertise in enterprise CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong background in automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
A detail-obsessed marketer with excellent creative and analytical skills.
Comfortability with adapting quickly in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

A passion for golf, sports, or technology.

Qualifications

Mid-level experience (3 years or more) in relevant marketing roles.
