About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, subscription lifecycle marketer with a passion for media/entertainment to help grow its services. The Engagement & Retention Strategist will work with a wide variety of functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, data analytics, and design. They will be responsible for creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy friendly way to drive engagement and make sure they are getting the most out of their subscription service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize engagement/retention strategies.
Optimize programs through A/B testing, offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customers.
Lead experience and design of complex customer journeys.
Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including international marketing, product, engineering, analytics and design teams.
Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans.
Define geo-specific narratives, value propositions and service educational messaging.

Requirements

Experience in subscription lifecycle marketing or related fields.
Ability to develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven program optimization.
Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams including marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and design.
Ability to design complex customer journeys.
Focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
