About the Role

GOLFTEC utilizes cutting-edge training systems and proprietary swing motion capture technology called OptiMotion, providing students and coaches with instant, data-driven feedback to improve their game. SkyTrak offers golf's most popular consumer launch monitor and golf simulator, enabling golfers to track performance and enjoy the game more. The company is dedicated to revolutionizing how golf is learned, practiced, and enjoyed by golfers of all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of branded, impactful email campaigns for GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK.
- Build and optimize automated journeys (onboarding, retention, upsell, win-back).
- Use CRM and behavioral data to craft smart segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to continually raise the bar.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and global opt-in regulations.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Design, and International teams to create inspiring customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and behavioral data analysis.
- Ability to design engaging content and build automated customer journeys.
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Excellent collaboration skills across multiple teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
Benefits & Perks
- Base annual salary in the range of $65,500-$75,000.
- Annual bonus percentage.
