Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements for analytics tagging implementation on web and mobile app for new features and enhancement products.
Test the analytics implementations by analyzing mobile app traffic using IDEs and AEP Assurance and for web-based implementations using AEP debuggers and browser developer tools.
Set up custom variables on select pages to collect data in named elements and provide more clarity and ease to the data collection process.
Set up processing rules to take the custom variables, success events and pass them into their respective analytics variables.
Prepare Technical Specification Document and maintain Solution Design Reference documents.
Build Adobe Workspace dashboards for web and mobile traffic, trends and patterns on ad-hoc reports.
Enhance features and existing functionalities on website pages and mobile app screens.
Add variables and events in the Digital Data Layer and leverage variables in data layer by defining tag-based integrations and adding relevant data mapping using Adobe Launch.
Create Segments and provision eVars, Props & Success events for the report suites and permissions requirements for Adobe Analytics access.
Set up and upgrade extensions for Adobe Analytics properties.
Analyze GlassBox sessions for user behavior and test tagging functionalities implemented.
Analyze Adobe raw siteCat data using BigQuery for testing functionalities and data clean-up.
Perform A/B testing using Adobe Target for webpages and app screens to increase conversion rates and maximize user experience.
Work with the development team to implement JavaScript tagging for Analytics.
Maintain Technical Specification Document, analytics validation documents and Business Requirement Document with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
Help identify business objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies.
Ensure accuracy and integrity on captured data.

Requirements

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 years of experience in roles such as Data or Business Analyst, Analytics Developer, Software Engineer, or similar.
Experience with IDEs (including Xcode, Android Studio, and VSCode).
Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics Workspace, GIT, JavaScript, NodeJS, Snowflake, and BigQuery database tools.
3 years of experience with Tableau or QlikView business intelligence tools.
Ability to work in a hybrid role, including from home and in the office at least three days per week.

Nice to Have

Experience with version control and frameworks.
Experience with data analysis and testing functionalities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
