About the Role

Working as an extended member of the Brand Marketing team, the Data Analyst - Digital Marketing will be responsible for accelerating and activating the company's digital marketing measurement and technology strategy across various consumer contact points, including social media, display, CRM/email, search, ecommerce, and personalized content communications. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to recommend strategies and tests that impact sales, brand equity, and strategic initiatives. The position requires experience with data analysis, storytelling, technological proficiency, and effective communication skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit to pioneer new approaches and drive impact for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial teams and external agencies on marketing measurement strategies across all paid and owned media touchpoints.
  • Leverage multiple technologies and data sources to develop and deliver holistic insights to Brand partners and Marketing Leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to utilize their technologies and data sources for campaign analytics, marketing mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Analyze and present digital media insights to internal and external partners to assist with in-flight optimizations and evaluate overall campaign performance.
  • Function as the business owner of various digital and analytics tools, serving as a consultant to brands, agencies, and technology staff to improve analytics tracking efficiency and functionality.
  • Help strategize and deliver data-driven personalization initiatives by configuring technology and data integrations.
  • Consult with Brand and Commercial leads on key Media Planning initiatives to support campaign setup and design.
  • Support SEO team with keyword research, executing tests, analyzing data and results, and identifying trends to maximize ROI.
  • Support PIM and DAM teams with data connection and reporting initiatives.
  • Develop tagging requirements to ensure proper tracking and reporting of digital data aligned with global standards.
  • Stay current on the latest tools and industry developments in digital marketing analytics and media channels, providing strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Statistics, or Analytics.
  • Minimum 3 years of data analytics and data visualization experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, search, display, CRM, eCommerce, and personalized content is preferred.
  • Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium, Ensighten, and Lytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Domo.
  • Experience with digital marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Sprinklr, and SEMrush.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell a story using data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Passion for digital marketing, data, and technology, with a focus on optimizing CX and UX.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO, social media, search, display, CRM, eCommerce, and/or personalized content.
  • Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
