About the Role

As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Project Manager at Booz Allen, you will grow technical expertise and leadership skills, supporting the Enterprise Cybersecurity team with project management, task tracking, process documentation, and managing security findings through ServiceNow. This role involves facilitating meetings, producing presentation materials, and supporting secure practices to enhance national security infrastructure. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Cybersecurity team with task tracking, producing presentation materials, facilitating meetings, documenting processes, and drafting deliverables.
  • Serve as the Security Findings Manager, managing the ServiceNow module and overseeing the process and lifecycle from creation through scoping to remediation or risk acceptance.
  • Support business operations and project management activities within the cybersecurity context.
  • Develop and document business processes.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Facilitate the management of a team task board.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • Experience with project coordination and management, business operations, or business analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to develop and document business processes.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to support employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Smartsheet.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of AI.
  • Ability to automate standard business processes with 'out of the box' tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to capture requirements for enhancements, create reports, and develop dashboards in ServiceNow and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
