Enterprise Scrum Master (Expert)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level projects and multi-disciplinary teams using Lean Agile Project Management methodology or Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Set up new projects and workflows within Jira.
• Develop project milestone and sprint burn-up charts using ERDOS.
• Facilitate sprint planning and grooming ceremonies.
• Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects.
• Identify programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Coach and facilitate team building and leadership offsite events.

Requirements

• 11 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree, or 13 years without a degree.
• Professional certifications such as PMI PMP, ACP, or Leadership Coaching.
• Proven experience leading and managing enterprise projects and multi-disciplinary teams using Lean Agile or PMF.
• Experience with enterprise Scrum practices including setting up projects in Jira, developing burn-up charts, and facilitating ceremonies.
• Ability to monitor multiple projects and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Experience managing projects with short deadlines and competing priorities.
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience coaching and facilitating team building and leadership activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in designing and developing IT infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions like AWS.
• Knowledge of enterprise technical architecture, security requirements, and IT components.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• Skills in Quality and Assurance (Q&A), Configuration Management, and Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with service catalog, IT Gateway, ESP, Hive, and development system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; alternatively, 13 years of experience without a degree.
