Our Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) works with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges, leveraging technical expertise to enhance EHR platforms, improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and profitability. Join our team as an Epic Business Intelligence Report Writer to support clients through implementation, optimization, and enhancements of their Epic EHR system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients through implementation, optimization and enhancements of their Epic EHR system ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical workflows.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Epic system, enhance clinical and administrative workflows and improve patient care outcomes.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be certified in at least one Epic certification in Epic Clinical Data Model or Epic Access Data Model.
  • Previous experience implementing business intelligence content for Wisdom leveraging the Epic Cogito Suite including Reporting Workbench, RWSQL, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer Data Models.
  • Expertise in SQL development.
  • Willingness and ability to travel weekly as needed to client site.
  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred.
  • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.

Nice to Have

  • Wisdom implementation experience with knowledge of accreditation standards and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
