Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Systems Project Manager to actively contribute to the successful deployment of global ERP environments. This hybrid role combines strategic project management with hands-on solution analysis and execution. The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator but a doer—someone who thrives in the trenches, understands the intricacies of ERP systems, and is committed to driving progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the activities of multiple divisions/departments as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Diving into project tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate progress.
  • Serving as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Identifying risks and delays early, and working collaboratively to solve them instead of just reporting problems.
  • Designing, implementing, researching, securing, and supporting enterprise systems as required.
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements based on insights gained during the implementation.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests.
  • Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation.
  • Establishing project plans, executing, and coordinating multiple projects across different functions with minimal supervision.
  • Creating and maintaining project files and tracking records.
  • Tracking and reporting project measures such as expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Presenting project cost and schedule status to management.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Have around 4 years of direct experience in coordinating projects.
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills.
  • Demonstrate a competent level of knowledge in project management skills, techniques, and terminology.
  • Have a record of project management accomplishments.
  • Possess a basic level of business acumen related to budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, and forecasting.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Have knowledge of Atlassian Jira or other project management tracking software.
  • Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
  • Be able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Dynamics AX.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive pay based on location and experience.
  • Superior benefits including top-tier medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Paid holidays, vacation accrual starting at 12 days, 9 paid sick days, and paid family and medical leave covering 90% of pay.
  • Growth and development opportunities through STEM courses, apprenticeships, tuition assistance, and engineering development programs.
  • Additional benefits such as wellness, fertility, adoption, and flexible spending benefits.
