Event Content Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and completion of content development for assigned event breakout session tracks.
• Partner with product marketing, internal stakeholders, session owners, speakers, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, bar-raising content.
• Set and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; assign responsibilities and track progress.
• Schedule and facilitate content reviews with senior leadership and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports for upper management to communicate project health, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate on the creation of onboarding resources and conduct time studies at the end of projects to optimize staffing for future events.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders, including C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous process improvement for event content planning.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, content coordination, or event planning.
• Ability to partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality content.
• Strong organizational skills to set and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating reviews and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Experience working with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
• Ability to support process improvements and contribute to team collaboration.
