Event Technology Sales Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage event plans from conception to execution, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and resources.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
• Oversee on-site event operations, managing staff and volunteers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning or execution phases.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote events and secure bookings.
• Exceptional customer service abilities to foster positive client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using event management software and tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
