About the Role

The Executive Director, Global Skin Marketing at Regeneron is a senior leadership role within the Oncology Business Unit, responsible for leading and shaping the commercialization and performance of oncology solid tumor products related to skin cancer indications globally. This position involves managing multiple brands and stages of disease in a rapidly changing environment, setting global tumor level vision, and leading both US and international marketing teams to deliver consistent commercial impact. The role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for global and US market strategies, with a focus on bringing science to skin cancer patients and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and inspiring large tumor-focused marketing teams with US and International HQ members as well as US field-based team members.
  • Establishing trust within the team and with cross-functional partners, creating an environment for learning agility and developing marketing talent.
  • Setting global tumor strategy to drive differentiation and portfolio value across geographies, balancing US and international market input.
  • Planning business effectively for global and local market execution, prioritizing tactical initiatives to build and execute strategy.
  • Driving global brand planning using tumor strategic thinking to develop meaningful brand and asset strategies to increase asset value.
  • Collaborating closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Field Medical teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Providing strategic input into Skin Marketing Team collaboration with Insights and Data Analytics teams for global market analyses.
  • Representing the tumor area in decision-making forums to influence prioritization, resource allocation, and long-range planning.
  • Managing a team of direct reports and their teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy and vision.
  • Developing professional relationships with global physician experts and attending key congresses.
  • Creating processes and initiatives related to commercial launch and marketing efforts, addressing hurdles proactively.
  • Maintaining oversight of global P&L for skin cancer products and ensuring US P&L accountability.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of marketing processes, programs, and reports in compliance with guidelines.
  • Managing and developing team members, tracking KPIs, and refining strategies based on outcomes.
  • Reporting status, planning, and challenges to senior leadership and ensuring alignment with other disease area leads.
  • Creating, managing, and tracking US and global budgets within Skin, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry or relevant professional experience.
  • Deep experience in global commercial, marketing, and brand positioning for oncology projects in the US.
  • Experience in marketing outside of US markets with an understanding of high-level access and challenges.
  • Exemplary marketing skills, from strategy to tactical execution, with extensive brand management experience.
  • Proven track record of market analysis and identifying growth opportunities globally.
  • Understanding of global to local market trade-offs during oncology asset commercialization.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30%, including weekends and international travel.
  • People management experience, leading cross-functional teams within pharma or healthcare, especially for oncology assets.
  • Experience in strategy adaptation based on market access, regulatory, and development considerations.
  • Experience in global launch planning, lifecycle management, and long-range brand strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and communicating metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging HCPs/KOLs and management.
  • Strong project and process management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work proactively, prioritize effectively, and operate in complex, rapidly changing environments.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with a professional and positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient understanding of oncology treatment environments, drug development, and regulatory landscape.
  • Extensive people management experience.
