About the Role
The Product Innovation team at AT&T is at the center of a community of product leaders, developers, designers, network engineers, marketers, and other leaders building new software-defined products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Develops and Executes Product Vision and Strategy
- Leads and Prioritizes Product Development
- Ensures Customer Value and Business Viability
- Measures and Improves Product Performance
- Shapes and Builds Products
- Accountable for delivering customer value and business viability
- Leads development of product vision, strategy, and MVP GTM approach
- Collects and integrates customer feedback
- Decides and prioritizes product features based on customer problems
- Navigates and aligns internal stakeholders to balance constraints
- Measures product performance through customer feedback and data telemetry
- Communicates product vision, roadmap, and development progress to executive leadership and peers
- Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
- Experience launching successful tech products
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of tech concepts
- Deep customer and industry knowledge
- Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems
- Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
