About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the retail divisions to gain an overview of store operations, marketing, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain management, financial analysis, and human resources.
• Participate in job shadowing with store management to understand leadership and operational strategies.
• Complete special assignments as requested by division leadership.
• Curate a cumulative retail project and present it to division leadership.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of merchandising and operating initiatives under the guidance of store managers.
• Develop action plans and communication strategies for store associates.
• Engage in training at multiple locations including retail stores, distribution centers, and division offices.

Requirements

• Applicants must have work authorization in the US that does not require future sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, F-1 OPT, TN visa).
• Minimum enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate change and respond positively to challenges.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to providing superior customer service.

Qualifications
