About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement UI interfaces across sales and servicing platforms.
• Lead technical direction and strategy for various initiatives.
• Evaluate competing technologies and present proposed architecture to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with backend team leads to establish workflows and APIs.
• Engage in active software development, ensuring high-quality code and application performance optimization.
• Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and feedback on code and design.
• Contribute to UI component library vision, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and internationalization.
• Research and suggest directions for automated testing, third-party tools, and delivery process improvements.
• Architect and build solutions in Microsoft Azure, including migration strategies and data mapping.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to deploy infrastructure and applications into Azure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience as a software developer, front-end developer, or related role.
• 3 years of experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• 3 years of experience using front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles.
• Experience working with Ionic, PhoneGap, and native/hybrid development.
• Knowledge of functional programming, design patterns, and front-end state management.
• Experience implementing data management and caching strategies.
• Experience conducting performance tuning and optimization for large-scale web applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms including OAuth, OIDC, and JWTs.
• Experience working with APIs and Azure core services including compute, storage, networking, and migration tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Migrate toolset for migration strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a software or front-end developer.
