About the Role

Full-Stack Marketing Developer at Isla Marketing, a performance-driven lead generation company operating in finance, legal, home services, and more. The role involves working closely with the CTO to build, refine, and maintain high-converting landing pages, lead flows, integrations, and internal tools that support marketing campaigns across multiple verticals and ad platforms. The developer will help turn marketing visions into profitable realities through rapid funnel builds and custom platform development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build lightweight, high-speed landing pages and presale funnels using Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js.
Adapt existing templates for new campaigns and verticals.
Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion, load time, and compliance.
Implement and maintain lead flows in Lead Conduit, including buyer integration, filtering, and QA.
Manage field mapping and specification changes when onboarding new buyers.
Handle API integrations with platforms like Google, Twilio, Mailgun, and Sinch.
Set up and maintain Facebook CAPI, Google Ads/Analytics, GTM, and other conversion tracking tools.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate and reliable performance data.
Contribute to proprietary tools such as AdTide and Showcase, and assist in building modules and features for scalability.
Pull and organize specs, reports, and performance data for marketing and technical needs.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, PHP, and MySQL.
Experience building and optimizing landing pages and funnels for lead generation.
Familiarity with conversion tracking, CAPI, and GTM.
Understanding of performance marketing and lead qualification logic.
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
Thrives in a performance-driven, test-and-optimize culture.
Comfortable switching between quick marketing builds and long-term platform development.

Nice to Have

Experience with Lead Conduit or similar lead routing platforms.
Experience with APIs and automation.
Familiarity with AI tool integrations.
UX/UI design sensibility for high-converting marketing pages.
