About the Role

The Functional Consultant Product Marketing role involves creating and optimizing in-product marketing campaigns, managing content and assets, collaborating with internal and external teams, and leveraging data analytics to improve marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content with provided content editing tools.
  • Develop and optimize high-performing acquisition landing pages for in-product placements.
  • Manage and coordinate various content and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on the development of online digital advertising plans for multi-market content across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and MSN Ads.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of in-product messaging and user engagement strategies.
  • Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other data management systems to retrieve and analyze campaign data for insights.
  • Offer guidance and support on marketing automation best practices for designing and setting up effective automated campaigns and reporting.
  • Develop and execute partnership campaigns with online placements to enhance product traffic and redemption rates.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product Management, UX, and Engineering, to ensure aligned user experience and the achievement of business goals.
  • Partner with external teams, such as agencies and data teams, to maximize available resources and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Monitor the ongoing progress of projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage all technical aspects related to marketing automation and CRM integration, proactively communicating any issues or technical roadblocks.
  • Stay informed about and apply in-product marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices, integrating learnings to optimize campaign performance, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Monitor daily campaign deliverability to maintain a high inbox success rate.
  • Apply best practices, including A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, and segmentation, to optimize campaign performance.
  • Leverage experience with localization/translation processes to support global marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing within the marketing domain.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IRIS Core or Boost for in-product marketing execution.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of in-product marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in creating marketing content using various editing tools.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of best practices for automated marketing campaign design and implementation.
  • Ability to develop and deploy effective in-product landing pages.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and MSN Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience retrieving and analyzing data from SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other data management systems.
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and contribute to resolving technical challenges related to marketing automation and system integrations.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Click Up, ADO, or Jira.
  • Availability to support urgent campaign deployments outside of standard business hours.
  • Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Strong quality assurance skills and ownership of projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of display and web marketing practices and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills aligned with business objectives.
  • Prior experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is considered an asset.
  • Passion for improving customer experience through marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of current in-product marketing technologies, emerging trends, and testing methodologies.
